About This Class

Physical fitness should complement any first responders daily life activity to ensure that they do not let the stress of their job take a toll on their health. Often responders do not know where to start in this effort. These training include topics like, the effects of trauma on the body, maintaining a healthy diet, the benefits of aerobic and strength training, balancing physical and mental health and learning how to make use of available resources to eliminate barriers to living a healthy lifestyle.
