Amanda holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University and a post-graduate certification in Counseling Military Families. She has experience working with military and first responder related challenges including PTSD, moral injury, anxiety, depression, stress, and anger. Amanda has worked with individuals and couples to navigate difficult issues, trauma, substance use, attachment injuries, and life transitions.
Amanda is intentional about creating a space where together you will explore your experiences, needs and identify opportunities that make impactful change in your life. She has an integrated approach to counseling and utilizes different therapy techniques personalized to your needs, personality, learning styles and the nature of the situation(s) you are dealing with.
